At Audrey’s Barkyard, we pride ourselves on our amazing team. Many of our team members tend to stay with us long term. Here are the opportunities that we have. Some may not currently be available, but we hold all applications for 90 days in the event an opportunity does present itself.

Please keep in mind that if an applicant or employee isn’t truly passionate about the welfare of our guests, it becomes evident and we cannot continue our business relationship with them.


Our groomers are responsible for meeting their new clients and getting information on what they’d like for their pet as far as the groom goes. They are expected to ensure their guests get bathed, dried and fully groomed within a reasonable time. Maintaining the safety of our guests is extremely important and open communication with the owners is essential if we aren’t able to provide the groom they initially asked for.

Customer Service Representative

Our CSR’s are the first and last people our clients see each day when dropping off and picking up their pet so we expect friendly faces and upbeat personalities. CSR responsibilities include: answering phones, greeting clients, gathering client information and accurately transferring it into our computer system, maintaining an organized workspace, accepting payments and more. There is a lot of running back and forth during pick up and drop off times so employees working this position must be able to multitask and keep up with the needs of the business.

Guest Services Representative

This is the most important position in the building because our guest service representatives take care of our amazing guests (the animals!). This team is responsible for monitoring daycare play groups (making sure our guests have fun while maintaining their safety), feeding the animals and providing water (and sometimes medication), daily cleaning duties and so much more.
